Refunds

Refund Policy and Time Frame

We issue refunds for Contracts within 30 days of the original purchase date. To initiate a refund, please contact our support team at info@symbolsurfing.com with your purchase details. Once your refund request is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain amount of days.

This includes, but is not limited to, text, graphics, logos, images, audio clips, video, and digital downloads.
